Terms and Conditions for Booking at Progress Saisons (Imsouane Surf House)

1. General Information

By booking a stay at Progress Saisons’ Imsouane Surf House (hereafter “Progress”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all bookings made directly with us, either through our website, by phone, or by email.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A deposit of €100 is required to secure your reservation.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full 60 days before your scheduled arrival. If not received by this time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without refund.
• All prices are quoted in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation within 48 hours of booking: Free of charge.
• Cancellation up to 2 months before arrival: A cancellation fee of €100 will be charged.
• Cancellation up to 1 month before arrival: A cancellation fee of €200 will be charged.
• Cancellation less than 1 month before arrival: The full price of your booking will be charged.
• No refunds will be given for early departure or no-shows.

4. Changes to Bookings

• If you wish to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but this is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in is available from 15:00, and check-out is required before 10:00.
• Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

6. Surf Trips and Activities

• Participation in surf trips and activities is at your own risk. You agree to follow all instructions from our team and accept full responsibility for your actions during these activities.
• Progress reserves the right to cancel or reschedule surf trips due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Liability

• Progress is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during your stay, including surf trips and activities.
• Guests are required to obtain their own travel insurance before booking their stay, which should cover activities such as surfing. Progress is not responsible for any costs incurred due to a lack of appropriate insurance.

8. House Rules

• All guests are required to respect other guests, staff, and hostel property.
• Progress reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay if a guest engages in inappropriate behavior.

9. Force Majeure

• Progress is not responsible for events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics) that may affect your booking. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or issue a refund where possible.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of France, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
