As a receptionist you will be the first and last point of contact with our clients. Via our booking system, our mail application and over the phone you’ll be managing reservations as well as communicating with the maintenance and general crew what needs to be done daily.
Working at our reception means always helping our clients with a smile. Customer is queen/king and we always strive to give them the best stay. Daily tasks involve checking in/out guests, managing their booking in terms of surf classes, food and activities.
Provide the general crew the daily cleaning lists. Answer phone calls and respond asap to incoming mails as well as managing our parking system.
