Office Hero

About the position

The base of professional and successful business is a well organized office.

As we build our Hostel every year from scratch and just open for a limited amount of time we need a person doing an all year around job, in just 6 months. 

From disbursing salaries every month, structure the personal crew information, do some accounting, our new office hero does it all.



Tasks & Responsibilites

Help the main office person with:

  •  Oversee crew relations, budgets, staffing, payroll and benefits
  • Administration such as preparing the invoices, accounting and business budgeting
  • Ensure work manuals for all positions are accurate and up to date
  • Financial planning and reviewing
  • Close cooperation with the other coordinators

Skills & Requirements

  • Killer organizations skills
  • You are reliable, responsible and a trustworthy person
  • You can jungle numbers as a pro
  • You are used to work on time and stress doesn’t get through you
  • Good communication skills
  • You speak fluent English, French is a plus
  • Obviously you know how to work with Google and other common programs
  • You can work independently and derive own work processes
