Each year the hostel is built up from scratch and in just a few weeks time a whole world is being created. To make this happen we are not only looking for people that help us build everything. We need a person who is keen to overlook the whole process. If you bring experience in managing a team, overlooking more projects at the same time you might be our new Head of Build up.
During the build-up period, each day your tasks will vary between overlooking the whole build up process and help where ever needed. “What needs to be done?” “Who might be the best person for the job?” “What is missing and needs to be picked up from the storage?” are just some examples of questions that will mark your day. Organising daily meetings, keeping an eye on all whats going on and at the same time building up our lovely place is your responsibility.
