Every day our guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hostel. As we strive to be as environmentally friendly as possible, we decided in 2021 to go completely vegetarian/vegan.
As the head chef you are in charge of running the kitchen in terms of making schedules, doing stock counts, ordering and picking up groceries and preparing the menu.
Our sous chef will be the first point of contact in the kitchen either for the breakfast/lunch shift or the dinner shift.
