Progress wouldn’t be Progress without our legendary skate contests, the countless beach day hangouts and our awesome day and evening activities. As part of the entertainment team your main goal is to include the guests in our activities, be the point of contact at the beach and make sure the nights are quiet and peaceful.
Together with your fellow crew members you will rotate between doing night shifts, beach shifts and organising activities. You hang out with the guests and during your shifts you will promote the weekly activity planning. At the beach your job is to welcome guests and point them to the surf coach if they have booked a lesson and to make sure the spot is left clean and tidy.
Free accommodation: a private tent with mattress and bedding
